At this stage in collabration with you we understand your most profitable items, we analyze your sales report from the past 3 months and use that data to categorize the items into 4 categories – stars, horses, puzzles, and dogs.
AFTER THAT WE DESIGN A

Digital Menu

Based on the conclusions derived from the sales data, we use menu psychology & color psychology to redesign the menu to place high-profit items in places that draw the most attention & embed trackers to study the customer journey.
THEN WE WAIT FOR A MONTH OR TWO TO

Analyze Customer Journey

We study the customer interactions with the layout of the menu to understand which sections are getting the highest attention & with the corresponding sales data we measure conversions from a particular section of the menu, now we have an opportunity to place high profitable items in sections which grab the most attention.
AFTER WHICH WE IMPLEMENT CHANGES AND

A/B Test Menu Design

With all the data gathered and the business objectives in mind we now make the required changes and monitor performance, layouts achieving the goals are kept the same and layouts not performing are changed visually until the goals are achieved.
